this day i WON 1st place in a drawing competition(it was the first drawing competition  i ever attend in my whole life)...that was organized by the social studies staff and the EMBASSY OF INDIA,CAIRO :D I'm soooo happy it was fun
the prize was a golden medal and a collection of books about India and some Indian stamps and postcard :D and of course a winning certificate and there's like 20% chance i'll get a to go to Indiaaa~~~<3

so here's what happened
my last journal was 25/1 and my vacation started 27/1
and of course most of you know about he revolution(protest) that happened in egypt 25/1
so 27/1 at night the country shut down the internet access in the whole country
on 28/1 i joined the protest it was the best thing i ever did in my life so far
the protest was completely peaceful until the police decided to kill the citizens
anyway I'm not really gonna talk about politics(cause I'm not really good at it)and if you wanna know more just Google it... it's all over the internet
one week later the internet was back
i checked my DA but didn't post/submit/

there's a lot of protests in Egypt again
student protests!!!
because the schools are horrible public and experimental schools are tough
I'm in a private school and its awful too
bad teachers, bad desks,bad chairs,bad labs,no activities,bad library,bad bathroom,expensive trips and most importantly BAD EDUCATION

so I'm not going to school tomorrow and i didn't go today :D
Yaaaaay!!!

I'll try to take advantage of it ;)
but i don't want to study so i'll just draw :D i'll have to study anyway

So about the "what should i finish first?" poll i posted before

Even though the Contest Entries got most votes I just gotta finish my class stuff because i found out today that it's deadline is on Thursday! the class is taking advantage of me and making me draw stuff and then setting deadlines for it
when I'm done with it I'm gonna finish the contest Entries i already started and do the family icons in between!
and after I'm done...which will probably be after new years, I'm gonna get all the gifts, art trades and the Kiriban prize done!
that's my plan! but I'm a big procrastinator so... :ashamed:

I've been busy with school lately...not studying or home works...but designing my class for the competition and A-chan (my Bff) and I are the Designers  and the winner is going to be announced on Sunday! :la: I'm so excited...I've heard from some people that we won but i can't believe them because it's not official...i really have to listen to the real announcement to be sure lol wish me luck :dummy:
